摘要
油品蒸发损耗的评价常用的是运输损耗率和保管损耗率,鉴于两种方法的不足,本文提出基于数理统计的因子分析法,因子分析法是目前较为可观的评价方法。它是从统计数据的内部结构出发来,从而得出耗管理措施的客观评价。本文以华北某公司油气损耗为例,利用因子分析总结出整体损耗的因素,为相关油企降低损耗提供了理论依据。
The assessment of oil evaporation loss often uses transport attrition rate and keeping attrition rate. In the paper, in view of the shortage of the two methods, the factor analysis method based on mathematical statistics was put forward. The factor analysis method is a kind of relative objective multi-index evaluation method, can overcome the shortage of the two methods mentioned above. Taking oil evaporation loss of a company in North China as an example, factors of the overall loss were summarized by factor analysis method, which can provide the theoretical basis for reducing the oil evaporation loss.
