骨髓干细胞治疗急性心肌梗死的进展
The application of bone marrow stem cells in acute myocardial infarction
摘要
急性心肌梗死（AMI）后大量心肌细胞坏死不能再生，可引发心室重构和扩大，最终导致心力衰竭，成为心脏病致死的首要原因。目前冠脉再灌注治疗虽能挽救部分缺血心肌，但仍不能补充坏死心肌。因此，近年来干细胞移植治疗应运而生且发展迅速，虽然有不少问题有待深入研究，然而临床应用前景良好。
