摘要
我国基因检测相关的立法还是空白。通过问卷调查和深入访谈,调查了我国公众对基因检测技术的认知情况以及对基因歧视的态度和看法,发现公众反对基因歧视、保护基因隐私的呼声高涨,迫切需要出台一部专门规范基因检测技术、禁止基因歧视的法律法规。
Genetic testing system in our country is still in legislative gap. Through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, investigation on public cognition of genetic testing and attitudes of gene discrimination. It is found that preventing and protecting gene privacy gene discrimination were in great demand. It is urgent to push through legislation on standardizing genetic testing and preventing gene discrimination.
