摘要
目的了解江苏省东海县手足口病流行病学特点,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对东海县2011年法定传染病报告系统的手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2011年全县共报告手足口病病例543例,发病率为47.18/10万。其中重症病例17例;男性60.45/10万,女性32.86/10万,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病例主要集中在4～10月,占90.98%;全县21个乡镇均有病例发生,牛山镇发病最多89例,占16.39%;温泉镇发病最少6例,占1.1%。发病年龄最小的3个月,最大的11岁,3岁及以下幼儿占病例总数的94.84%。实验室确诊152例,其中肠道病毒71型感染128例,占84.21%。结论 2011年东海县手足口病发病以幼儿为主,应加强疫情监测和宣传教育力度,做好病原学检测,防止其暴发流行。
[ Objective ] To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD） in Donghai County of Jiangsu, provide a scientific basis for developing prevention and control measures. [ Methods ] The epidemic data of HFMD, which were collected from the Notifiable diseases reporting system in Donghai County in 2011, were analyzed by using de- scriptive epidemiology method. [ Results] In 2011, a total of 543 HFMD cases were reported in Donghai County with the incidence of 47.18/lakh, and there were 17 severe cases. The reported incidence rate in males and females was 60.45/lakh and 32.86/lakh respectively, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. O1 ）. The peak season was April to October, which the cases account for 90. 98%. The cases were found in all of 21 towns in Donghai County, while 89 cases occurred in Niushan Town, which was the highest （16.39%）, and 6 cases occurred in Wenquan Town, which was the lowest （1.1%）. The youngest patient was only 3 months, while the oldest was 11 years old. 94.84% of cases were children under 3 years old. 152 cases were confirmed by labora- tory test, and 128 cases were enterovirus EV71 infection, which accounted for 84.21%. [ Conclusion] Most of HFMD cases are young children in Donghai County in 2011, so it is necessary to strengthen the epidemic surveillance and health education, and car- ry out the pathogenic detection, to prevent the outbreak and spreading of HFMD.
