摘要
目的调查河北省内部分医院受检者X线诊断防护现状及受照剂量和不同等级医院X线检查阳性率水平。为医院采取辐射防护措施提供依据。方法受检者吸收剂量监测采用热释光方法进行,乳腺腺体平均剂量测量采用Victoreen NER-OTMmAx系统。结果所调查医院育龄妇女与儿童X线检查总防护率为35.8%,普通受检者X线摄影防护率较低,仅5.3%。X线摄影吸收剂量超标率为22.9%,育龄妇女骨盆前后位摄影检查剂量合格,乳腺平均腺体剂量超标17.5%。所调查10家三甲医院中有2家不能达到X线检查60%阳性率标准。结论河北省内医院目前医用诊断X线受检者的辐射防护存在较多问题。医院应加强医用X线诊断设备质量控制,降低受检者受照剂量。提高医院X线诊断阳性率,减少不必要的X线检查。
[Objective] To investigate protection status and exposure doses of patients diagnosed by X-ray in some hospitals and X-ray positive rates of hospitals at different levels, and provide evidence for adopting radiation protection measures in hospital. [ Methods ] The absorbed dose monitoring was performed by using the TL method, the average mammary gland dose was measured by the Victoreen NEROTM mAx system. [ Results ] The total X-ray protection rate of women at childbearing age and children was 35.8%, that of normal patients was relatively low (5.3% }. The over standard rate of absorbed X-ray dose was 17.5%. Two of 10 investigated first-class hospital at grade 3 could not meet the standard of 60% positive rate by X-ray examination. [ Conclusion] Many problems exist in the radiation protection of patients diagnosed by X-ray in some hospitals of Hebei Province. Hospitals should strengthen the quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment to reduce the exposed dose of patients. Hospital should improve the positive rate of X-ray diagnosis to reduce the unnecessary X-ray examination
