摘要
哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院前身为一家铁路医院,主辅分离后,通过人才工程建设快速成长为集临床、教学、科研一体化的大型综合性医院。文章主要介绍医院实施人才工程建设的做法、成效,总结、体会并进行深入思考,力争为医院自身的持续发展和国家医疗体制改革作出贡献。
After Main-supplement Separating and through Talent Project, The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, whose predecessor is a railroad hospital, rapidly grows to be a large scale comprehensive hospital, who integrated treatment, clinical teaching and research as a whole. The paper mainly introduces the practice and achievement of the hospitals' Talent Project, to summarize and to employ new thinking, and to try to make contribution to the sustainable development for the hospital and for the national medical system reform.
