摘要
论文首先明确提出了锦屏一级、官地水电站水轮发电机组设备制造监理控制目标,然后分析设备制造监理目标控制的主要风险和监理工作的重点及难点,最后分别从质量、进度控制方面阐述设备制造监理在目标控制上的应对措施。
First, the paper put forward the supervision control objectives clearly m hydrogenerator unit equipment manufacturing of Jinping I and Guandi Hydropower Station. Then analysis the major risk and crucial problem in the supervision of equipment manufacturing target control. Finally, the thesis elaborate solutions of the target control in equipment manufacturing supervision measures from quality, schedule control aspects.
