文中对脂肪酶菌种来源、催化类型及特性、脂肪酶的分子生物学及其在工业上的应用几方面进行了简要概述,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
A brief summary was conducted from aspects of source, catalytic types and characteristics, molecular biology of lipase and its ap- plication in industry, the future development was forecasted.
