摘要
使用Java与ArcGIS Engine开发了水环境信息管理系统,系统核心功能是信息检索功能与水质分析功能.结合3S技术,通过实时的检测数据,动态监控水质变化情况,以解决复杂的水环境综合治理问题和水污染控制问题,建立完善的空间数据库和属性数据库,为环境保护部门和科研部门提供研究与决策支持,为公众提供公共信息.
The water environment information management system is developed using Java and ArcGIS Engine. The system core function is the search function and water quality analysis capabilities. Combined with the 3S technology through real-time test data, and the dynamic monitoring of water quality changes, in order to solve complex water environment database is set up to comprehensive harnessing and water pollution control problem, the space and attributive provide decision making support for relevant departments, and public information for the public.
