摘要
以水杨醛与乙二胺为原料,合成了水杨醛缩胺类双Schiff碱,再与锡、锰、镉三种金属离子络合得到三种金属配合物;通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱及摩尔电导对Schiff碱及其金属配合物的结构进行表征;生物活性实验表明配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus.)、大肠杆菌(E.coli.)、枯草杆菌(B.subtilis)、绿脓杆菌(P.aeruginosa)均有不同程度的抑菌作用.且配合物的抑菌作用较配体强.
The ligand of salicylaldehyde-ethylenediamine dis-Schiff base was synthesized by Schiff base reaction using ethylenediamine and salicylaldehyde as raw materials, and three kinds of metal complexes were prepared by complexing Sn, Mn and Cd with the Schiff base. The structure of products was characterized by elemental analysis, IR,UV-Vis,molar conductance. The antibacterial activity experiments showed different bacteriostasis effects of the complexes against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. But the metal complex had stronger antibacterial activity.
