摘要
研究了新型水产养殖消毒剂——碘伏的制备、稳定性、毒性和消毒效果 .通过产品的理化性能、毒理、定量杀菌效果等试验了解产品性能 .结果表明 :该产品稳定 ,定温下有效期至少 1a;在使用体积分数范围内 ,对鳗鱼、甲鱼无刺激性 ;对家畜 L D50 >50 0 0 mg· kg-1,对欧洲鳗、日本鳗、甲鱼的 L D50 分别为 144 5、1750、3975mg· kg-1;2 2℃下 ,对嗜水性单胞菌最低杀菌体积分数为 1.0× 10 -6,杀菌率达 10 0 % ,在 3.0× 10 -6的体积分数下作用 4 h;对日本鳗爱德华氏病治疗有效率达 80 % ,对欧洲鳗赤鳍病治疗有效率达 85% .
The preparations, stability, toxicity and disinfecting effect of the new type aquaculture disinfectant(iodophor) have been studied. The properties of the product were studied by determining the physicochemical properties, toxicology and quantitative germicidal effect of the disinfectant. The results showed that the product was stable, its effective period was longer than one year at room temperature; there was no evidence of any stimulation to eel and soft shelled turtles in the range of its used volume fraction, the half lethal dose(LD 50 ) was more than 5 000 mg·kg -1 to livestock, 1445 mg·kg -1 to Anguilla anguilla , 1750 mg·kg -1 to A. japonica , 3957 mg·kg -1 to soft shelled turtles; At 22 ℃, the minimal bactericidal volume fraction of the disinfectant was 1.0×10 -6 to Aeromonas hydrophila, the bactericidal rate of 100% to A. hydrophila needed 3.0×10 -6 volume fraction to act for 4 h; the cure rate of the Edwardsiellosis of the A. japonica was 80%, the cure rate of the red fin disease of the A. anguilla was 85%. The disinfecting and germicidal effect would be increased by raising the temperature and acidity appropriately.
