介绍了发达国家发展高技术产业的投融资体制、人才开发、产学研集群化和国际合作等方面的经验,为我国实现科学发展、提高综合国力提供了良好的借鉴。
The experience of high-tech industry development in developed countries lS introduced, such as investment and financing system, the talent development, the production and research cluster, and the international cooperation, which provides a good reference for China＇s scientific development, and improving the comprehensive national strength.
