摘要
目的研究人脐带间充质干细胞(Human umbilical-cord mesenchymal stem cells,hUMSCs)治疗小脑萎缩(Cerebellar atrophy,CA)的临床疗效。方法健康新生儿脐带中分离MSCs,连续体外扩增,采用鞘内注射(2.5×107/5 mL)结合静脉滴注(7.5×107/100 mL)的方法,治疗57例小脑萎缩患者,每次治疗剂量为1.0×108个细胞。结果所有患者随访6个月,治疗3个月后有效率为72.0%,治疗6个月后有效率为79.0%,无明显并发症。结论应用hUMSCs治疗小脑萎缩安全有效,但远期疗效尚待进一步观察。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of transplantation of human umbilical-cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUMSCs) in the treatment of cerebellar atrophy (CA). Methods The mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) were separated from umbilical-cord of healthy newborn and were cultured to a large amount in vitro. Then hUMSCs were transplanted (cell amount: 1.0×10^8) into CA patients (57 eases) by intra-dural injection (2.5×10^7/5 mL) and intravenous injection (7.5×10^7/100 ml,). Results All the patients were followed up for 6 months. The effective rate were 72.0% 3 months after transplantation and 79.0% 6 months after transplantation respectively. No complication were observed. Conclusion hUMSCs treating CA is safe and effective, but its long-term effectiveness should he furlher observed.
