摘要
教师生态管理是指管理者基于教师发展和组织运行的内在特性,在有机整体、动态和谐的思维指导下,通过积极互动、共生合作等手段强化管理系统中各种关系的有益联结,进而实现教师和组织的协同可持续发展。教师生态管理的本质是"为可持续发展"的共生型管理,可持续发展是其终极目标指向,而共生则是贯穿始终的有效路径。
Teacher ecological management means that administrators, based on the internal features of teacher development and organization operation, and under the guidance of organic and harmonious thinking, strengthen the salutary connections of various relationships in the administrative system for a further sustainable development of teachers and organizations. The essence of teacher ecological management is a symbiotic administration for sustainable development which is its ultimate destination, while symbiosis is an effective approach all the way.
