摘要
对广州地铁4号线车辆原装进口制动盘异常磨耗进行调查分析,结合车辆制动特点,从制动控制策略、制动盘硬度及制动热应力等角度探讨造成车辆制动盘异常磨耗的根源所在,并提出相应的解决对策,取得了明显效果,对延长制动盘使用周期,降低维修成本具有十分重要的意义。
In this paper, Investigation analysis and solutions to abnormal wear of brake discs on Guangzhou Metro lane 4 vehicles have been done. Based on the braking characteristics of the vehicle, the reasons of abnormal wear such as brake control strategy, hardness of the brake disc, brake disc thermal stress have been discussed, and the corresponding measures have been made, their result is very good. It has a great significance of the extension of the life cycle and lower maintenance costs of the brake disc.
