摘要
为贯彻落实"十二五"期间深化医药卫生体制改革规划,优化资源配置,提升管理能力和保障医疗安全,积极依托HIS,从采购过程管理、库房管理、使用过程的环节管理等方面实行医疗耗材数字化采购和管理。规范化的工作流程可使采购和管理步骤得到简化,信息传递迅速,配送及时快捷,提高了采购效率,减少了人为错误,降低了医院成本,杜绝了因产品质量和使用引起的医疗纠纷,同时在医疗改革对耗材需求变化中赢得先机。
HIS-based digital purchase and management of medical supplies are realized from the aspects of purchase process management, warehouse management and etc, in order to perform medical mechanism reform and resource allocation optimization, improved management and medical safety in the ＂12th Five-Year＂ Period. Standardized flow can simplify the process of purchase and management, with the efficiency increased and the cost decreased.
