摘要
目的:验证eclipse刚性融合在颅内肿瘤放疗中靶区勾画及计划总和评价2个方面的应用效果。方法:8例颅内肿瘤患者,使用4种刚性融合方法——影像像素数据自动融合法、DICOM坐标自动融合法、标记点融合、手动人工融合,评价融合效果,叠加基于不同2组CT计划总和评价的可行性及效果。结果:中级以上职称医师评价融合效果为理想,解剖标记点配准偏差为(0.185±0.06)cm,MRI对软组织及水肿信号的显示特点在肿瘤精确放疗定位中效果好,使不同2组CT计划总和评价成为可能,便于了解正常危及器官受量。结论:在颅内肿瘤放疗中使用瓦里安eclipse刚性融合方法,可使颅脑多组不同影像达到理想融合效果,便于勾画靶区,并使不同CT计划总和评价成为可能,增加了靶区勾画精度及对多计划治疗患者的总体评价手段,为颅内肿瘤放射治疗不可缺少方法之一。
Objective To verify the effect of VARIAN eclipse rigid registration on target contouring and plan sum evaluation in brain cancer radiotherapy. Methods Eight patients with brain cancer were chosen to undergo the scanning by CT, MRI and PET. Four registration methods were employed, including pixel data method, DICOM coordinates method, match points method and manual registration method, with the registration effects evaluated. The feasibility and effect of the superimposition of two kinds of CT plan sums were also assessed, Results The evaluation had better be performed by the clinician beyond medium-rank professional title. The error of registration by matching points was（0.185±0.06） cm. MRI behaved well for displaying the signals of soft tissues and edema, then the evaluation for two kinds of CT plan sums became feasible, and the tolerance dose for the organs could be mastered. Conclusion The involvement of VARIAN eclipse rigid registration in the brain cancer radiotherapy results in a satisfactory result, with target area contoured precisely and comprehensive evaluation of the patient undergoing multi therapy plans.
