摘要
近年来,受国际金融危机影响,世界经济、全球贸易总额下降,导致航运业市场需求减少,特别是中小航运企业因自有资金有限,融资困难,企业发展举步维艰。对此,提出加大政策和资金扶持力度,实施优惠的税收政策,发挥国有商业银行融资主渠道作用,开拓船舶融资租赁新业务等对策,以助于解决中小航运企业融资难问题。
In recent years, affected by the international financial crisis, the world economy, the decline in global trade, ship- ping industry market demand reduced, especially small and medium -sized shipping companies. Their ownfinancial resources is limited, having difficulties in financing and corporate development. In this regard, it is proposed to increase the policy and funding efforts to support the implementation of the preferential tax policy, to play the main channel of state - owned commer- cial bank financing, and open up a new business of ship finance lease countermeasures, to help solve the financing problem of small and medium- sized shipping companies.
