摘要
黑格尔将自己置身于先验哲学的传统,又试图超越这一传统。在先验思想家那里,真正的思辨思想与反思哲学混杂在一起,黑格尔对真正思辨思想的赞扬有多高,对反思哲学的批评就有多激烈。这一争论的核心要素指向实践理性,即作为先验思想范式的"道德世界观"。以《精神现象学》作为切入点,以黑格尔《法哲学原理》的"道德"章为重点,从道德的逻辑基础角度对这种批评进行研究。
Hegel puts himself into the tradition of transcendental philosophy and at the same time tries to surpass this tradition. He points out the mixture of genuinely speculative thinking and reflection - philosophy. He prizes the former as much as he criticizes the latter. He focuses his Argument on the practical reason, namely the ＂moral worldview＂ as the paradigm of transcendental thinking. Begihning with the Phenomenology of Spirit, explore Hegel＇s criticism of foundation especially with regard to the chapter of the moral worldview from a special viewpoint of logical ＂morality＂ in Philosophy of Right.
