摘要
文章构建了退耕还林工程经济影响描述型评价指标体系和指数型评价指标体系:包括1个总指标和3个具体指标,建立了退耕还林工程经济影响评价模型。利用指标体系和评价模型,计算并合成了临河区退耕还林工程经济影响综合指数,对临河区退耕还林工程进行了经济影响评价研究。诣在为退耕还林经济影响评价理论和工程的可持续发展提供可借鉴的理论依据和方法。
The describing index system of economic impact evaluation of Cropland into Forestland Pro- gram（CCFP） is built in this paper：one overall index, 3 eompound indexes, and then the evaluate mod- el of economic effect was constructed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process to caculate the weight of every index. Linhe district land conversion, economic impact of the composite index is calculated, the con- struction of the vertical in the land conversion projects has been deepened, The purpose of this disserta- tion is to offer the theory and method for regional sustainable development and improvement of returning farmland policies.
