摘要
本研究采用系统溶剂法对四川牡丹胚乳中内源抑制物质进行分离,获取不同有机相,研究各有机相对油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,探讨四川牡丹胚乳中内源抑制物质的特性。结果表明,四川牡丹胚乳各分离相对油菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长均存在一定的抑制作用,且随着有机相浓度的升高抑制作用增强,其中石油醚相抑制作用最弱,乙醚相、甲醇相和水相抑制作用较强。由此表明,四川牡丹胚乳中存在内源抑制物质,抑制物质的种类和成分复杂,主要存在于乙醚相、甲醇相和水相中,可能主要是有机酸类和酚类物质。
In this trial, the endogenous inhibitory substances in the endosperm of Paeonia decomposita were isolated with the systematic sol- vent method, from which different organic phases were obtain, and the effect of different organic phases on seed germination and seedling growth of Brassica campestris were studied, the characteristics of the endogenous inhibitory substances of P. decomposita endosperm were dis- cussed. The results showed that the extracts of P. decomposita endosperm had inhibition on the seed germination and seedling growth of Bras- sica campestri, and the inhibition increased with the increase of organic phase concentration, the petroleum acetate extract inhibition was the weakest, aether extract, methanol extract and water extract inhibition were stronger. It was concluded that there were more than one inhibito- ry substance in P. decomposita seeds, which were mainly dissolved in aether extract, methanol extract and water extract, it was probable that most of them were organic acids and vhenolic comoounds.
