甘蓝型油菜对田间模拟湿害胁迫的生理响应 被引量:11

摘要 对18份甘蓝型油菜资源材料进行田间模拟湿害处理,10 d后取功能叶测定生理指标和形态指标,研究湿害胁迫下油菜生理和形态指标的变化。结果表明,湿害处理后,油菜生长受到严重抑制,主要表现为根鲜重、根长、地上部鲜重、株高、全株鲜重、地上部干重、根干重、根冠比下降。同时,湿害处理后,油菜生理指标可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性都升高,不同材料上升的幅度有差异;植株叶绿素含量、相对含水量下降;生理指标耐湿系数存在广泛的遗传变异,变异系数介于2.50%~69.96%;湿害胁迫后,通过生理指标耐湿系数的隶属函数值对18份材料耐湿性进行了评价,筛选到3份耐湿性较好的材料。 Field waterlogging experiments were carried out to elucidate the physiological reaction on 18 rapeseed materials( Brassica napus L. ). Morphological indexes and physiologieal were detected 10 days after watedogging treatment on the materials as eight leaves stage seed- ling. Compared with the control, plant growths were repressed seriously under waterlogging stress. Root length, plant height, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, root/shoot ratio were decreased by various degrees, and plant dry weight was affected terribly. For physiological indexes,after waterlogging treatment, chlorophyll eontent, water content were decreased, while MDA (Malondialdehyde) content, soluble protein content, proline content, SOD(Superoxidase) enzyme activity increased. Genetic variation showed that the correlation index ranged from 2.20 % to 68.58 % of 7 indexes, and MDA content and water content had the highest and lowest one, respectively. The watedogging- tolerance of the 18 plant materials were identified according to physiological indexes and the subordinate function value, and then 3 waterlog- ging-tolerant materials were screened out, including 1 from Germany and 2 from Sichuan. These results may contribute to further understand- ing of the mechanisms of waterlogging tolerance and breeding in Brassica naptts L.
