摘要
目的:探讨经腹超声(TAS)与经阴道超声(TVS)对早期输卵管妊娠的诊断价值。方法:对125例经术后病理证实为早期输卵管妊娠的术前TAS和TVS检查结果进行对比分析。结果:125例术前TVS与术后对照,超声诊断符合率100%。术前TAS与术后对照超声诊断符合率为64%。结论:TVS对早期输卵管妊娠的诊断明显优于TAS。
Objective：To explore diagnosis value of transabdominal（TAS） and transvaginal（TVS） color Doppler ultrasound for early ectopic pregnancy.Methods：125 cases of pathologically confirmed for early stage tubal Ectopic pregnancy preoperative TAS and TVS examination results are analyzed.Results：The coincidence rate of TVCDS with pathological examination was 100%.the coincidence rate of transabdominal with pathological examination Was 64%.Conclusion：TVS of early tubal Ectopic pregnancy is significantly superior to TAS.
