摘要
为稳定护理队伍,促进优质护理服务的可持续发展,邵逸夫医院护理部从护理愿景的设立、护理专业实践和文化建设层面进行健康护理工作环境构建的探索,并取得了一定成效。本文将简要介绍我院护理工作环境的建设,为国内医院优化护理工作环境提供参考。
In order to stabilize the nursing team and promote the sustainable development of excellence nursing service, the department of nursing in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital is exploring a healthy work environment from professional practice and culture construction which has achieved certain results. This article briefly introduced the construction of nursing work environment in our hospital to provide a reference of optimizing nursing work environment.
