摘要
目的:建立一种采用离子排斥色谱法,抑制型电导检测测定食品中有机酸的方法。方法:食品样品经过一定的前处理进样分析,选择的色谱条件是:IonPac ICE-AS6离子排斥柱,全氟辛酸等度淋洗,抑制型电导检测。结果:测定的有机酸含量在0.2μg/ml~40.0μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.999,测定相对标准偏差均小于4%,回收率在85%~104%之间。结论:该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单,价格便宜。
Objective:To establish a new suppressed conductivity ion exclusion chromatography for trace organic acids in food. Methods : The separation of trace organic aicds was obtained by using IonPac ICE - AS6 ion exclu- sion column and the perfluorooctanoic acid solution was selected as eluent. The samples were pretreated before injec- tion, then detected by suppressed conductivity detector. Results: Organic acids content showed good linearity within the concentration range of the 0.2 μg/ml - 40.0 μg/ml. Correlation coefficient was greater than 0. 999, relative standard deviations (RSD) was less than 4% , recoveries were between 85% -104%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, sleetive, simple and low - cost.
