摘要
康德的道德哲学对罗尔斯的正义理论具有重要影响。首先,罗尔斯证明正义原则的纯粹程序正义方法正是对康德定言命令程序的运用与发挥。其次,罗尔斯正义论的人性论基础,即自由平等的人的理念,来源于康德通过定言命令的目的公式和自律公式所表达出来的理性存在者的概念。最后,罗尔斯正当与善一致的论证以康德德福一致的论证为原型,这两个论证的结构体现了康德与罗尔斯所共享的正当优先于善的理论模式。康德对罗尔斯的深刻影响表明:哲学史作为启发当代哲学思考的源泉,具有重要意义。
Kant’s ethics has significant influence on John Rawls’ theory of social justice in three aspects. The first, the procedure of Kant’s Categorical Imperative inspires Rawls to formulate his unique method, namely a pure formal procedure of construction. Secondly, Rawls shares Kant’s concept of man as free and equal rational being and uses this concept as the ground of his principles of justice. Thirdly, Kant’s argument of the exact correspondence of happiness with morality serves as the proto type of the argument of the congruence of the right and the good in Rawls’ theory of justice.
