员工工作不满与建言和沉默行为的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文回顾和总结了员工工作不满与建言行为和沉默行为关系的相关研究,并在此基础上提出了研究假设。基于533个来自民营企业的员工样本问卷调查数据,应用结构方程分析方法实证分析了工作不满对建言行为和沉默行为的影响。
