摘要
针对丙烯腈装置在生产过程中产品损失高于设计值的情况,对损失原因进行了分析研究.从反应机理入手,通过对急冷塔上下段pH值、排水量、循环系统pH值等因素采取合理措施及操作条件优化,使丙烯腈装置标定中精制回收率达到94.51%,丙烯腈损失率为5.49%,较优化前损失率下降1.34%,效果较好.
To solve the problem that the product loss is higher than the required design value in the production process of acrylonitrile unit, analysis and survey were carried out on the causes of product loss. The analysis begins with the reaction mechanism. Reasonable measures were taken to control such factors as pH value at upper and lower parts of the quench tower, Water displacement, and the pH value of the circulating system, etc. In addition, the operating condition was optimized, reaching 94.51% of the refined recovery rate in the calibration of acrylonitrile device, 5.49% of the acrylonitrile loss rate, dropping 1.34% than that be fore optimization. So the measures are effective.
