摘要
地名是人们赋予特定自然地理实体和人文地理实体的专有名称。宁波地名有着悠久的历史,承载着丰富的历史文化内涵,是宁波城市凝固的自传。不但反映宁波古代历史事实及社会经济情况,而且也是宁波人民生存环境的见证,是记录传承宁波乡土文化的桥梁。研究宁波地名,对正确解读古代宁波有着意想不到的帮助和乐趣。
A place name was given usually according to it＇s location and history. Ningbo is a city with long history and it is a witness of the development. The name ＂Ningbo＂ not only reflects the historical events and economical activities in ancient time,but also provides the evidence for the living environment of Ningbo people. Meanwhile,it records Ningbo local culture. By studying the place names in Ningbo,we provided a new r^erspective to understand the ancient life and c^Jltl^r,~ in Nin^rhn
