摘要
矿产资源是立国之本,在中国快速发展的今天,资源供给对经济和社会发展至关重要。然而,矿产资源严重短缺却成为制约中国经济发展的瓶颈,确保资源的安全供给已成为中国的核心利益。在这种形式下,近年来,中国实施了"走出去"战略,大批中国企业尤其是国有企业纷纷走出国门,对拥有丰富资源的区域进行投资以获取资源,然而大部分的成果不尽如人意。因此,在这样的大背景下对投资区域的选择显得尤为重要。本文尝试利用层次分析法对投资区域建立指标体系进行综合评估,进而为投资者提供参考。
The mineral resources are the foundation of our country, our country economic develops rapid, the supply of resource is very important for the economic and social development. But Shortage of mineral reources conatraints become the bottleneck of economic of the economic development of our country, It is the core interest for the CHINA that ensure the safety of the resources supply. In this form, government imple the strategy of ＂ go out ＂, a large number of chinese enterprises have been out of the country, have invested in rich resource area , especially the state--owned enterprises., but most of the findings are not satisfactory. So in such a background, the choice of investment is very important. This paper tries to use analytic hierarchy process to establish the indicator system investment region comprehensive evaluation, and provide reference for investors.
