摘要
电子显微镜是形态学研究非常重要的大型精密仪器。论述了利用科学的管理手段,提高技术人员的电镜实验技术,在生物医学及材料科学等领域充分发挥电子显微镜的作用,提高仪器的使用效率。结合实验室的实际工作,阐述了电子显微镜在开放共用、对外服务方面的做法和经验。
Since the electron microscope has implacability of high magnification and high resolution to observe ultrastructure, it is very important equipment for morphological study. In order to serve the teaching and re- search well, it is important that using reasonable management to sufficiently display the function, and it can improve the use efficacy of electron microscope. This paper represents the running information of electron microscope for public use and serve.
