摘要
为了探讨榕江流域暴雨洪水形成及发展规律,采用"2006.07"、"2008.07"两场特大暴雨洪水资料,按成因、发生、发展全过程,比较分析发掘多种组合因素,认识榕江流域特大暴雨洪水预测的潜在先兆,总结暴雨洪水预测经验,提高该流域防洪防灾能力。
In order to investigate the formation and development of storm flood in Rongjiang River Basin, the information of two extraordinary storm flood occurred in July of 2007 and 2008 respectively was analyzed, including the causes, occurrence and the whole process of development. A variety of combinations of factors were compared and analyzed to recognize the foreboding of extraordinary storm flood in Rongjiang River basin, summarize the prediction experience, improve the capability of flood protection and disaster prevention.
