综合维护技术在孤岛综放工作面的应用

摘要 为了解决米村煤矿孤岛综放26扩大区煤柱工作面日常巷道维护工程量繁重的问题,在回采期间,逐步探索了U型梁增压点柱、长短Π型钢梁搭接替棚、Π型钢两端增加防倾滑块、巷帮开挖卸压槽技术。这些技术的应用有效改善了工作面支护状况,其支护效果良好。 The project quantity of normal roadway maintenance is large in 26 expanding area on isolated island fully-mechanized top coal caving face in Mieun Coal Mine, to solve these problems,during the coal winning, some technologies were tried to put into practice step by step,including point pillar for pressure-increasing with U type beam,substituting shed with long and short [I type beams connected, adding anti-slicing blocks on both sides of II type beam, dredging pressure-relief channels in two sides of roadway. The application of these technologies has improved the supporting situations of working face, and gained good supporting effects.
