摘要
本系统是以10 kV变电所运行与维护岗位能力培养为出发点研制的。系统方案设计采用安全、便于学校实施的模拟电压;电源进线采用两路进线,一路为电磁式、一路为微机保护式控制方式;能给定故障信号;能实操停送电、备用电源自动投入、过流继电保护、单相接地、一次重合闸等控制项目,并具有报警、显示功能;能手动与自动投切无功补偿装置。此系统在教学与职工岗位培训中,发挥出较完善的功能,取得了良好的教学效果。
This system was developed based on the post ability of operation and maintenance in a IOKV electric power substation. The design of the system scheme chooses the analog voltage which can be used safely and conveniently in colleges and universities. There are two power supply mode in the system: one is electromagnetic controlling and the other is microcomputer protection. In this system, fault signaling is offered, power cut and on can be realized; standby electric power can be automatically put in. And over current relay protection, single phase grounding and single shot reclosing can be controlled. Moreover, of the system has alarming and display functions. Furthermore, the reactive power compensation device can be switched by manual or automatic operation. This system has played a perfect role gained favorable teaching effect in teaching and staff training.
