汇率问题成为最近几十年来的国际热点议题。看似一个纯粹的经济学术语,却隐含着深厚的国际政治效应,因此,对于汇率与政治的关联进行剖析是十分必要的。在其中,汇率变动引发的国际政治效应更加多元,也更加复杂。大致上,汇率变动引发的政治效应发生在霸权国与正在崛起的且对霸权国霸权构成威胁的国家之间。
