摘要
文章针对当前高校成教学籍管理中存在的问题,提出从"深入实施科教兴国"的战略高度,认识成人教育的重要作用;从"进入人力资源强国行列"的战略指向,建立科学、明晰、具有长效培养机制的制度;从"构建学习型组织"的理论层面,建设一支高素质的工作队伍;从"学籍管理信息化"的科技视角,将学籍管理系统纳入规范化、程序化、科学化的轨道等应对措施。
This paper discusses the problems that exist in the registration management of adult education at col- leges under the guidance of the policy to rejuvenate China by means of further developing education. It argues that a scientific system should be established so as for China to make it on the list of Developed Countries in terms of human resources, that a constructive working team be organize, and that an IT-guided registration sys- tem be organized.
