摘要
在桥梁顶推中,导梁起到减小主梁内力和增大顶推跨度的作用,导梁配置对整个顶推施工有着重要的意义.针对跨铁路宁波东站的顶推施工介绍了一种导梁设计方法,通过建立导梁的力学模型,采用计算机软件进行集成结构分析,求解出导梁和钢箱梁最大的应力及变形,确定其是否满足结构受力要求.同时针对钢箱梁与导梁连接时不能平稳滑过临时墩的问题采用了在导梁底部"挂拆"板的方法,为顶推施工中导梁的设计方法提供了一定的参考.
During the bridge incremental launching, the launching nose allocation secures a crucial position in reducing girder internal force and increasing the incremental launching span. Pertaining to the incremental launching bridge construction across Ningbo East Station, a launching nose design method is proposed. By establishing the mechanical model on launching nose, the integrated structural analysis is conducted via computer simulation. Accordingly, the maximum stress and deformation of the guide beam and the steel box girder are solved to satisfy the structural loading requirements. Meanwhile, due that the steel box girder and launching nose cannot be stably guided through the temporary pier,a hanger plate in launching nose bottom is adopted. Therein, this approach provides a reference to launching nose design during incremental launching.
