摘要
参照JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》原理及方法,建立了时间间隔校准数学模型,分析了校准过程中的不确定度来源,评定出各不确定度分量,最后计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。计算结果表明测量时间间隔小于等于10 s时,扩展不确定度为1.0 ns;测量时间间隔等于100 s时,扩展不确定度为2.1 ns;测量时间间隔等于1000 s时,扩展不确定度为10 ns。
According to JJFI059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,a mathematical model for time interval calibration is established, and the source of uncertainty during the process of calibration is analyzed. Moreover, individual uncertainties are evaluated, and at last the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty is calculated. The result shows that the expanded uncertainty is 1.0ns, 2.1 ns and 10 ns when time interval is not more than 10s, equal to lO0s, and equal to 1000s respectively.
