摘要
目的:建立八味獐牙菜丸中獐牙菜苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为岛津VP-ODSC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80),检测波长为237nm。结果:獐牙菜苦苷进样量在0.12～0.60mg·ml-1范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为97.70%,RSD值为1.85%(n=9)。结论:方法快速,准确,重复性好,可作为八味獐牙菜丸的质量指标。
Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Swertimarin Bawei Zhangyacai pill. Methods： Column for Shimadzu VP-ODS C ls（250mm×4.6mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was methanol - water（20：80）, the detection wavelength was 237 nm. Results： Swertimarin injection volume in from 0.12-0.60mg.ml-1 range peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient of 0.9999,the average recovery rate was 97.70%, RSD is 1.85% （n=9）. Conclusions： The method is fast, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as the indicator of the quality of the Bawei Zhangyacai pill.
