摘要
根据我国环境方面的相关法律规定,我国的矿产资源规划对于环境的影响是有着固定思路的,参照我国的国土资源部制定的相关管理办法,我们在这里列举出了矿产资源规划的各种类型,并且根据相关法律的阐述,对于不同类型的矿产资源在规划过程中所对应的环境的影响评价提出了文件编制方面的具体要求。并且重点提出了两种对于矿产资源规划影响进行评价的工作程序以及影响环境的适当指标。
According to China＇s environmental aspects of the relevant laws and regulations, China＇s mineral resources planning for envi- ronmental impact is a fixed ideas, referring to the Ministry of land and resources to develop the relevant management approach, we here enu- merated various types of mineral resources planning, and in accordance with the relevant laws and elaborate, for different types of mineral re- sources in the process of planning the corresponding environmental impact evaluation presents documentation regarding specific requirements. And puts forw .ard two kinds of the mineral resource planning impact assessment procedures and environmental impact of appropriate indicators.
