摘要
体力劳动强度等级的合理分级是劳动者得到合理报酬和身心健康的重要保证。为了实现这一目的,首先通过设计劳动负荷实验,进行相关数据组的采集,对其进行标准化处理,然后运用回归分析方法建立男女劳动强度综合评价模型。该模型主要通过测量能量代谢率和心率两个指标来确定劳动强度等级,将能量代谢率、耗氧量、肺通气量和心率四个指标进行标准化处理,消除个体间的差异。模型克服了传统体力劳动强度度量方法中存在的"一刀切"、指标过于单一等缺陷,能更准确、客观和合理的对体力劳动强度进行评价。
The reasonable classification of physical labor intensity is an important guarantee of the worker' s health and reasonable incomes. In order to achieve this purpose, the original data was collected and normalized through the experiment firstly. Then a regression analysis method was applied to establish a comprehensive model of physi- cal labor intensive evaluation. This model overcomes some defects such as " broad - brush" and single indicator. Therefore, the model can evaluate the physical labor intensity objectively and rationally.
