摘要
从高校突发事件预警角度,提出高校突发事件预警信息含义,按照预警信息来源将其分为内部和外部预警信息,并建立预警信息分析流程。在此基础上,构建高校突发事件预警信息获取、预处理、存储和分析的概念模型。对如何获取、分析有效的预警信息进行了初步探讨,提供了研究高校突发事件预警信息分析的一种思路,为后期提高高校突发事件应急管理预警决策有效性提供依据,也可为提升高校应急管理能力水平提供支持。
The paper defines concept of campus emergency completed classification of early-warning information based early-warning information from early-warning view and of information sources, and built conception model of campus emergency early-warning information analyzing inluding early-warning information obtaining, pretreatment, storage and analysis by process of information analyzing. All of these provides theoretical basis of acquiring signifi- cant early-warning information and a way of improving campus emergency management decision effectively, also the guidance for the improve universities campus emergency management capability and make emergency management system more efficiency, more systematic and more standard.
