摘要
目的:观察华蟾素注射液对人肝癌Bel-7402细胞增殖及周期的影响。方法:将不同浓度的华蟾素注射液作用于Bel-7402细胞,应用噻唑蓝还原法(MTT比色法)检测华蟾素注射液对Bel-7402细胞增殖的影响;应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测Bel-7402细胞周期分布。结果:华蟾素注射液可以抑制Bel-7402细胞增殖,其抑制作用与作用时间和剂量呈正相关,并可使细胞阻滞于G2/M期。结论:华蟾素注射液能够抑制人肝癌细胞Bel-7402的增殖,并可使细胞阻滞于G2/M期,诱导细胞凋亡。
Objective： To observe the effect of cinobufacini injection on Bel-7402 cell proliferation and cycle of human hepatoma. Methods： When cinobufacini injection in different concentrations was in Bel-7402 cells, we de- tected the Bel-7402 cell proliferation with MrI~ chromometry, and Bel-7402 cell cycle distribution with flow cytom- etry. Results ： Cinobufotalin injection could inhibit the proliferation of Bel-7402 cells, and the action of inhibition was related to time and dose in positive correlation, and could make the arrest of cells in G2/M phase. Conclu- sion ： Cinobufotalin injection can inhibit the Bel-7402 cell proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma, makes the arrest of cells in G2/M phase, and induce apoptosis.
