摘要
良好的学习支持服务体系是提高教学质量和人才培养质量的重要保障。美国中田纳西州立大学的学习支持服务体系,在服务机构设置、服务内容包含、管理手段应用等方面,都充分体现了"管理就是服务、以学生为中心"的服务理念,和"以促进学生的学习和发展为中心"的教育思想,其先进的经验和做法,对我国高校提升教学服务水平、提高教学质量具有启示意义。
The good learning support service system is an important guarantee to enhance teaching quality and cultivate talented students. The learning support service system of Middle Tennessee State University materializes the support concept and education thought such as ＂Administration is service, to do all the work with student centered, to promote students＂ ability of learning and development as the main task＂ in the aspects of the establishment of enough service organizations, all--around service contents and application of modern administration methods etc. Its advanced experience and modus operandi are supposed to enlighten Chinese universities to promote academic services and improve teaching quality.
