摘要
针对目前我国的疫苗冷链监管信息系统具有明显的阶段性特征,信息传递的及时性、共享性、完整性差,疫苗产品的质量安全无法得到保障的问题,提出了建立一个覆盖疫苗产品全生命周期的管理信息系统,描述了整个系统的数据采集、数据传输、信息管理和数据共享方案。通过该系统,参与到疫苗冷链中的安全监管部门、消费者、物流承运商、生产企业和疫苗接种单位均可以实现对疫苗冷链的全程监控,从而为疫苗冷链管理提供了一个系统化、信息化和智能化的解决方案。
A management information system which covers the whole life cycle of the vaccine cold chain was proposed. The data collection methods and transmission channel were described in this system; the management and date sharing schemes were also designed. Through this system, the safety supervision department, consumers, logistics carriers, production enterprises, vaccination units can be monitored in the entire process of whole life cycle of the vaccine cold chain. It offers a systematic informationized and intelligent management scheme.
