摘要
目的 :探讨维持性透析患者的死亡原因及防治以期能降低死亡率。方法 :回顾性分析 30例MHD死亡病例。结果 :脑血管意外、感染、慢性心衰是MHD患者的主要死因 ,分别占 36.7%、2 3.3%、和 1 6.7%。结论 :控制高血压、预防并治疗感染、治疗心衰可以降低MHD患者的死亡率可提高生存质量。
Objective:To analyse causes of death in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)and manage to decrease mortality of the patients.Methods:30 patients were studied retrospectively who died during the MHD in the past 10 years.Results:Main causes of the death were cerebrovascular accident,infection and chronic heart failure.They respectively amounted to 36.7%,23.3%and 16.7% of the total MHD dead cases.Conclusion:It maybe reduce the mortality and improve the quality of life of the MHD patients through controlling their hypertension,preventing them from infection and treating for their heart failure.
