摘要
精馏是化工生产中的重要操作单元,由于其能耗大,节能潜力高而备受关注。双效精馏是利用2个精馏塔的操作压力不同而设计的,通过重复利用给定数量的能量来提高精馏设备的热力效率。主要介绍了双效精馏的3种典型的工艺流程:顺流双效精馏、平流双效精馏、逆流双效精馏,并从能源利用方面分析它们的特点和适用条件。综述了近年的双效精馏的模拟优化成果以及其节能现状与发展趋势。
The distillation is an important operation unit in the chemical production, which attracted much attention for its energy-wasting and a big potential for saving on energy. The double-effect distil- lation was designed based on the differences of operating pressure between the two fractionators, and it improved the thermodynamic efficiency of the distillation equipment by recycling a certain amount of energy. The article mainly reviewed the principle of double-effect distillation and the development of three typical process flow(downstream double-effect distillation, stratospheric double-effect distillation and countereurrent double-effect distillation)in recent years,and analyzed their characteristics and ap- plicable conditions respectively from the perspective of effective use of energy. This paper also summa- rized the lasted simulation and optimization research in the related field. At last, the development trends of the double-effect distillation were predicted.
