摘要
某悬索桥索塔由于设计为内倾形式,索塔自重使得索塔在施工过程中产生附加弯矩,并使得索塔偏离设计线形。采用临时横撑并对顶索塔的措施来达到消除内倾对索塔的不利影响;通过对施工全过程分析,对比了采用临时横撑并对顶的施工方案与未采取任何规避内倾不利影响的施工方案,通过成塔时索塔偏位及附加弯曲应力的情况验证了施工临时设施及工艺的合理性,并提出对施工临时措施进行优化的思路。
Due to the internal overturning design of a suspension bridge tower, the gravity of bridge tower causes the additional bending moment during the construction and makes the bridge tower deviate from the design linear. The measures of adopting false stuU and vertical bridge tower are taken to eliminate the adverse effect of internal overturning on bridge tower; through the analysis on the whole process of construction, the construction scheme of using false stull and vertical bridge tower and the construction scheme of not adopting any measures to avoid the adverse effect of internal overturning are compared. Through the situation of bridge tower deviation and additional bending stress, the rationality of temporary facilities and technology on construction is verified, and the optimization ideas on temporary measures of construction are proposed.
