摘要
针对长庆油田中高温(≥70℃)油井水淹问题,以耐温耐盐的多元共聚物为主剂,配以交联剂和稳定剂,制得了耐温耐盐凝胶型堵水剂DQ-4。优选出了堵水剂DQ-4的最佳配方(质量分数):0.6%主剂+0.2%交联剂+0.1%稳定剂。采用瓶试法成胶实验、流变实验和岩心流动实验评价了DQ-4的各项性能。实验结果表明,DQ-4的各项性能指标均达到了现场应用的要求。2010-2011年在长庆油田现场试验11口井,措施有效率72.7%,累计增油2 023.38t,初步实现了对水淹油井的降水增产,取得了较好的经济效益。
With multi-polymer, cross-linking agent and stabilizing agent as the raw material, a selective gel-type plugging agent with heat resistance and salt tolerance was prepared in laboratory in order to solve the flooding problems of medium to high temperature(≥ 70℃) oil wells in Changqing oilfield. The optimum composition was determined as follows: multi- polymer 0.6 %, cross-linking agent 0.2 %, and stabilizing agent 0. 1%. Gelling experiment, pheological experiment and core flow experiment were carried out to characterize the performances of DQ-4 system. The results show that the performances of DQ-4 system have met the field application requirements. 11 wells in Changqing oilfield were plugged with the plugging agent in 2010-2011, the effective rate is 72.7%, and the total increased oil is 2 023.38 t. The economical benefit was satisfied.
