纳米自组装催化剂对催化裂化混合油抗结焦性能的研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用二次纳米自组装法制备合成具有大孔容、金属分散性好等特点的催化剂FA-20-12。通过BET、XRD和TEM的表征,证明在FA-20-12上是均匀多层分散的纳米粒子,它的平均孔径、孔容、比表面积分别为12.3nm、0.37cm3/g、219m2/g。单位体积反应器中FA-20-12的金属质量分数约是参比剂F-2的1/4。并对V重循环油/V催柴为2∶1的混合油进行加氢活性评价,结果表明,FA-20-12的脱硫、脱氮、芳烃转化率分别为61%、16%和45%;F-2的脱硫、脱氮及芳烃转化率分别为40%、24%和25%,表明FA-20-12的抗结焦性能优于工业催化剂F-2。 Catalyst FA-20-12 were prepared by the secondary nano self-assembly technique. It has larger pore volume and higher metal dispersity. The crystalline phase structure, microstructure and metal distribution of catalysts were characterized by the XRD,TEM and BET that proved the conclusion of FA-20-12 was multilayer and formatted nanoparticles. The pore diameter, pore volume and specific surface area of it were 12.3 nm, 0. 37 cm^3/g and 219 m^2/g. The metal content of unit volume reactor of FA-20-12 is about 1/4 of reference agent F-2. The results of activity evaluation show that the conversion rate of sulfur, nitrogen, arene and colloid in hydrotreated residue were 61%, 16% and 45% by FA-20-12, respectively. The reference agent were 40 %, 24 % and 25 % by F-2 in hydrotreated catalytic cracking diesel miseella. It proved that the anti coking performance of FA-20-12 is better than industrial catalyst F-2.
